Trade Terms

These terms apply to retailers buying wholesale from Ruvolla. The version in force when you place your order applies. 1. Trade accounts and prices Trade prices are visible only to approved trade accounts. Apply online; once approved, prices and ordering open in your account. Regular accounts may qualify for volume discounts and payment terms. 2. Minimum order The minimum quantity per style is shown on each product (usually 12 pcs, one inner box). The minimum order value is shown in your cart. 3. Prices and currency Prices exclude VAT and import duties. Because silver prices move, the price list may be updated; confirmed orders are not affected. 4. Payment Bank transfer (USD/EUR) or card. New accounts pay in advance; payment terms can be arranged for regular accounts. Orders are prepared once payment is confirmed. 5. Shipping Every order is made to order; we confirm the lead time when you order. International delivery via DHL/UPS, EXW Istanbul or DAP, typically 3–7 business days. We provide the commercial invoice and packing list; import duties and local fees are paid by the buyer. 6. Samples You may request one sample each of up to 3 styles before your first order; the cost is credited against that order. 7. Returns and exchanges Items with manufacturing defects are replaced free of charge within 14 days of delivery. Plating is guaranteed for 12 months (excluding chemical contact). Wholesale orders cannot be returned for change of mind. 8. Private label and custom designs Your own tags, pouches and boxes are available. Custom designs start from 144 pcs per style.
